Early walnut inlaid sewing box with tray, circa 1820. This American inlaid sewing box is in excellent condition, with fan inlay in each corner, and a decorative silver insert in the top. The silk lined inside tray and mirror are original to the box. The bottom is dovetailed to the sides. Measures 10 x 7 x 4.5.

Antique paper mache chinoiserie sewing box c1840. This sewing box is in very good original condition with a slight crack arcoss the top right. No paint loss Measures 12 and three quarter inches wide by 8 and seven eighths inches deep and 5 and five eighths inches high.

French Beau Brummel, or vanity stand, made circa 1820-30. Cherry or other fruitwood. All original. Measures 23 inches wide by 17 inches deep. It is 31 inches high when closed, and 43 inches high when the mirror is standing up. Tiny pegs on the bottom of the mirror frame fit into holes in the surface below so it does not slide when open. Both top and shelf surfaces have beaded edges.
