Period American Federal Empire work table c 1825 with writing surface. The table measures 29 and seven eighths inches high by 18 and seven eighth inches deep by 19 and one half inches wide with the leaves down. With the leaves up the table measures 36 inches. The top was made from a solid piece of mahogany that has beautiful grain. The two drawers are each made with large hand made dovetails. Mint condition.

American Federal mahogany two drawer sewing stand c1820. This mahogany stand is from the American Empire period, is made mahogany with a solid mahogany two board top. Each of the two drawers has large hand cut dovetails. Excellent condition. Measures 29 inches high, 17 inches wide, by 16 and one half inches deep. Two 9 inches leaves.

French Beau Brummel, or vanity stand, made circa 1820-30. Cherry or other fruitwood. All original. Measures 23 inches wide by 17 inches deep. It is 31 inches high when closed, and 43 inches high when the mirror is standing up. Tiny pegs on the bottom of the mirror frame fit into holes in the surface below so it does not slide when open. Both top and shelf surfaces have beaded edges.
